CCB Risk
Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) serves consumers and small businesses with a broad range of financial services, including personal banking, small business banking and lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. Consumer & Community Banking Risk Management partners with each CCB sub-line of business to identify, assess, prioritize and remediate risk. Types of risk that occur in consumer businesses include fraud, reputation, operational, credit, market and regulatory, among others
This position is part of the CCB Risk organization within Consumer & Community Banking Risk Management.  Our mission is to make better customer-level risk decisions through the use of data from across all of the Retail and Wholesale customer bases within the Consumer & Community Bank and the Commercial Bank. This position will help drive testing for a key effort within CCB Risk that cuts across multiple organizations – Risk, Operations & Digital.
Technical Skills –
  • Requires minimum of 5+ plus years of User Acceptance or Quality Assurance testing experience or equivalent experience with the following:
    • System software testing
    • Planning and coordinating test activities
    • Test script development and bug resolution
    • HP's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) 
  • Proven experience in all aspects of functional  and regression testing
  • Ability to analyze and debug issues found in day to day application testing.
  • Ability to create detailed test cases/scripts for technical and/or business clients and execute them.
  • Requires proficiency and understanding of Agile development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Ability to professionally collaborate with business and technology partners to insure end to end quality and delivery
  • Ability to prepare and effectively present daily test status reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business preferred
Professional Skills –
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers / QA project leads business UAT teams.
  • Experience working with resources in a global workforce environment is preferred.
  • Keen attention to detail and be proactive. 
  • Ability to operate comfortably in a multi-task/multi priority environment
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
