About the Technology for Social Good, Diversity and Inclusion Team:

Technology for Social Good, Diversity & Inclusion (T4SGD&I) focuses on creating an environment across Global Technology that welcomes and celebrates diverse talent that are committed to giving back to the communities in which we live and work, while fostering a strong sense of inclusion in the daily workplace. TFSGD&I initiatives target all Global Technology staff. The programs serve strategic locations across the globe and partner with HR, Recruiting, Corporate Responsibility, Marketing, Internal and External Communications, and Training.


Role Overview:

The Diversity & Inclusion Senior Associate will provide support to initiatives that are established or in development within the Global Technology diversity & inclusion agenda in India and globally.  Significant focus will be placed on supporting a new JPMC alternative pipeline that will aim to train and hire differently-abled individuals into entry-level technology roles.  Additional D&I focus will include partnering with Hub workstream leads in APAC and other key stakeholders to successfully implement key strategies, processes, and programs that support the larger Global Technology diversity and inclusion agenda.  Specific job responsibilities are outlined below.



  • Work closely with alternative pipeline lead to stand up a new alternative pipeline targeting differently-abled technologists
  • Partner with TFSGD&I communications lead to draft strong communications pertaining to diversity & inclusion initiatives in India
  • Interact with key internal and external stakeholders including HR, recruiting, JPMC senior leaders, BRG hub leads, diversity pillar leads, external partners, etc. to drive diversity & inclusion initiatives forward
  • Develop and implement robust engagement strategy for new alternative pipeline hires in India
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to roll-out diversity & inclusion workshops/training to specifically raise awareness around persons with disabilities
  • Analyze and report on key diversity/resource metrics and leading indicators for alternative pipeline initiatives in India
  • Attend diversity and inclusion events to facilitate positive outcomes
  • Attend Hub workstream and D&I Council meetings and help implement  best practices and ensure alignment across the locations in APAC
  • Minimum 3-5 years program and/or project management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all audience levels
  • Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize work as needed
  • Ability to work autonomously and follow guidelines without extensive supervision
  • Critical attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through
  • Strong storytelling and analytical skills
  • Commitment to delivering in a timely manner
  • Experience with event planning and execution
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Creative and comfortable with framing completely new concepts and programs, often forging through uncharted territory
  • Poise under pressure
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion, previous experience not a requirement but is preferred
