Description
Credit Bureau Operations is seeking a junior to intermediate level SharePoint Developer. The ideal candidate will align with the Operational SharePoint Administrator to establish and maintain Credit Bureau Ops Data Furnishing’s SharePoint site. This role will partner with site contributors to design and maintain site content representing ease of navigation and organized content.  
Responsibilities include: 
•         Intermediate experience in SharePoint development and site collections
•         Maintenance/sustainment of existing SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)
•         Develop additional complementary functionality for existing sites, lists, libraries, and content
•         Administration and oversight of Chase Data Retention policy and records management
•         Manage business objectives to organize documents, in a secure permission-controlled model
•         Collaborate with business users to manage content, workflow and customizations
•         Leverage the features to create content galleries, containers, calendars, images, libraries, lists and forms
•         Document work requests, track project details and status
•         Perform quality reviews and periodic check points to ensure ongoing performance and capacity of the site
•         Write new or update existing procedures to document policy driven standards specific to performance of this role

 

 
•         Proven experience in SharePoint 2013 with preferred certification.
•         Excellent Project Coordination and Project tracking skills
•         Experience in collaborating across multiple functional operational teams
•         Must demonstrate strong time management skills, ability to multi-task & handle multiple  assignments, proactively consider future impacts & prioritize one's own work
•         Must have professional verbal and written skills being able to communicate effectively on both a technical and business level
•         Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze detailed business requirements, raise questions and seek resolution to outstanding clarifications required for test case identification
•         Good oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to influence
•         Strong partnership and team building skills
•         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
