Receivables Product Delivery Manager 
 
J.P. Morgan’s Commercial Bank (CB) is a market-leading provider of Treasury Services (TS) products to the Corporate Client Banking, Middle Market, Government, Healthcare, Not-for-Profit, Financial Institutions Group and  Real Estate markets.  The Commercial Banking Receivables Product Delivery Team represents Commercial Banking clients on Receivables initiatives across the bank – encompassing Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Receivables products, Consumer and Community Banking’s branch network, and Merchant Services. The group is tasked with defining the Receivables product strategy and delivery for Commercial Banking clients. 
 
The Receivables Product Delivery Manager’s key areas of focus will include: product support for Merchant Services, liaison to the Consumer and Community Bank, data gathering and analysis, and project management across multiple product areas. The candidate will be responsible for product strategy and delivery, feature enhancement prioritization, readiness and interaction with Commercial Banking Sales and Service teams, pricing strategy, and cross-line of business partnership across multiple functional areas.
 
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Define and manage the CB product strategy and delivery of a subset of Receivables products
  • Coordinate and prioritize Receivables product input on CB investment and budget planning
  • Align with Product Management counterparts in Merchant Services and Consumer and Community Banking
  • Manage impact to Commercial Banking clients related to product defects, policy changes, etc.
  • Coordinate product delivery and readiness to CB Sales, Service and Implementations
  • Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance and Finance
  • Gather data and analyze product use and trends across the CB client base
  • Assist with content for training, marketing, communications, process & procedures, and standard proposal content
  • Collaborate with Product Sales Specialist (PSS) team on product strategy and enhancements and changes

 Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of Treasury/Cash Management, Product Management, Implementations or Client Service support, with a focus on the receivables product set
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and experience with data analytics
  • Strong management presentation skills
  • Ability to generate ideas, identify and drive the development of new business
  • Strong working relationships with colleagues and cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrate efficient time management, organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
