J.P. Morgan’s Global Custody business, within Custody & Fund Services, provides Institutional investors access to markets worldwide for the settlement, safekeeping and asset servicing of securities, along with ancillary services such as Foreign Exchange and Liquidity Solutions. This product suite, along with our Markets business, helps us to service our core client segments: Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Insurance/GSEs, Banks/Broker Dealers and Hedge Funds and Alternatives.
This VP role is part of the Americas Global Custody Product Management team. The team is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Custody business within region, including all commercial aspects from pipeline analysis, to deal review and approval, to contract negotiation. In the role, the VP will work closely with the Sales, Client Service, and Operations teams to define and drive the strategy for each client segment in order to attract new business, retain profitable clients, and guide the prioritization of product enhancements to increase client satisfaction. Responsibilities will include wallet-sizing, creating a clear and agreed pipeline projection, defining and pushing to close product gaps, developing a client engagement strategy, SVA / revenue analysis and remediation, and establishing governance for client satisfaction and client change request monitoring. The VP will also form strong partnerships with colleagues in Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure proper commercial outcomes, while still protecting the business and the firm.
