As an experienced Infrastructure Development professional, your love of technology will have a direct impact on the future of the business. As a senior member of a high-performance team, you’ll be immersed in all the elements of Software Development Lifecycles- design, development, integration, operation, support and testing of infrastructure services. You’ll ensure team goals are met and best practices, architectural design standards, data, risk and security management policies are adhered to. You’ll be instrumental in designing, developing and testing code, solving more difficult technical issues, developing integration elements, building data models, APIs, and open 3rd-party SDKs. You’ll see your ideas come to life as part of a small, success-driven team. And as part of JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s global technology community, you’ll also have the ability to collaborate with peers around the world to tackle big challenges.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Significant experience in both Systems Engineering and Software development

  • Proficiency in at least one of these disciplines:

    • Internals of distributed Operating System (Unix/Linux, Windows, Z/OS)

    • Systems programming

    • Network programming

      Experience using large scale software development in one of these languages: (Java, Python, .Net, C++, etc.)

Proficiency in following: 

  • 5+ years’ experience of Infrastructure Development using one or more of .NET/C#/JAVA/PYTHON and understanding of agile development methodologies
  • 5+ years’ experience systems and design/implementation engineering experience in complex large-scale Financial Services IT environments
  • 2+ years’ experience of modern authentication methods including SAML, OAUTH2, OpenID based on Azure AD and ADFS
  • Expertise in 2008 /2012 / 2016 Active Directory environment, including experience with the design and operational support of Forest, Tree, Domain, Sites and services, Replication, GPO's, OU design principles, Multi-master operations, & WINS name resolution systems.
  • Sound technical writing / documentation, and presentation skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidate should be proficient in scripting/programming including some of the following C#/JAVA/PYTHON and have a solid understanding of development release management tools and development release methodologies
  • Candidate should understand Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager and have hands-on experience supporting Identity Management Platforms
  • Must have experience supporting Enterprise LDAP environments, including Microsoft Active Directory Lightweight Directory Server; however other X.509 Directories would be welcome
  • Candidate should have experience leveraging ITIL Standards to manage change requests in Development and Production environments and ensure all issues are mitigated and service-level agreements are met per clients’ business needs and requests

Skills required:

  • Must have hands-on support experience with 2008R2, 2012 (GUI and Core) Server
  • Must have support experience on Active Directory, LDAP, and ADLDS
  • Must have one or more of  .NET/C#/JAVA/PYTHON scripting skills
  • Must have SAML, OAUTH2, OpenID based on Azure AD/AWS and ADFS


The GTI CFS Group is looking to fill a position for a Directory Services Infrastructure Developer with a specific focus on Cloud including AWS and Azure. The position would be responsible for the engineering, planning, design and implementation of Windows computing platforms for Windows Active Directory and n-Tier application architectures. Additional responsibilities include: 

  • Provide technical leadership on projects within the team as well as lead internal technical teams and vendors through to resolution on high priority/high visibility production incidents

  • Research and development of new technology and engineering best practices

  • Implementation of complex and comprehensive solutions for enterprise and Line of Business environments

  • Must be able to work closely with other technology towers and Lines of Business to understand requirements and design/deliver appropriate solutions
