The Business Management Analyst is an integral part of the team and responsible for executing key deliverables.  Major responsibilities include:
  • Analyzing data, processes, organization and supporting applications
  • Measuring results – business, client and team impact
  • Understanding and defining business needs in the context of short and long term objectives
  • Identifying weaknesses, gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Communicating both written and verbal priorities, processes and initiatives in a simple and compelling way

The Business Management Analyst must be able to:

  • Work independently, possessing energy and confidence to complete projects
  • Work successfully and efficiently in a team-based environment
  • Take initiative and develop creative solutions for solving problems
  • Interact and communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of management
  • Navigate and facilitate the information flow/messaging between Solutions and Investors
  • Prioritize work, meet tight deadlines, and have strong attention to detail
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze, synthesize and interpret information
  • Wrap data and information into effective messaging that resonates with the sales force
  • Utilize judgment and discretion in working with highly confidential information


Candidates must have strong analytical skills and can use both qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze complex financial situations as well as demonstrate an aptitude for sales and client relationship management. Specific qualifications include:
  • Bachelors degree with a minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Very strong PC Skills, including Word, PowerPoint.  Advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivot tables and graphs
  • Interest in markets and desire to learn more about multiple asset classes
  • General comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software
  • Self-starter, extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred but not required
