Responsibilities will include:
  • Build a critical understanding of the business processes and controls in VCG through deep dive review
  • Manage the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and SOX requirements for a line of business within the VCG organization
  • Contribute to the completion of other control programs and initiatives
  • Presenting results of control assessments and proposals for improvement

  • Proactive self-starter who is able to identify risks and propose solutions
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written) across locations and seniority
  • Excellent relationship management skills
