The Revenue Finance Manager reports to the Consumer and Business Banking Chief Financial Officer and will lead a team of ~15 in Columbus, Ohio and Bangalore, India to lead Finance aspects of ~$18 B in revenue in Consumer and Business Banking. The manager will lead modeling, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, capital adequacy exercises, and variance analysis for revenue and balance sheet related to ~$600B Consumer & Business Banking (CBB) Deposit balances, non-interest revenue, including from ~$250B in Chase Wealth Management Investments. The team is also responsible for ~$650mm Consumer Banking Marketing Spend, non-branch investment spend return modeling (e.g., marketing), Consumer Banking household profitability, and expense and financial analysis support for the Consumer and Business Banking Deposit product team.
The Manager will drive business value by generating insight and leading the efforts to turn insight into action, develop reporting and financial inputs to support the needs of the Marketing and Product organizations. The Manager will also be responsible for driving increased efficiency and controls of forecast models and ongoing / ad hoc reporting by improving model algorithms, automation, documentation, and data management. More specifically, the Manager will lead:
Creation and management of complex financial impact models for Consumer Banking strategic initiatives and transactions
Financial Reporting and analysis for deposit pricing decisions while contributing to regular Consumer Banking and Business Banking pricing meetings in conjunction with the Product Pricing team
Analysis of consumer and business deposit balance growth, net interest income, and non-interest revenue
Syndication of financial and operational results with internal business partners.
The nature of the work requires extensive cross-LOB and cross-functional collaboration, especially with Consumer and Business Banking Financial Planning and Analysis, Consumer and Business Banking Deposit Products, Consumer Marketing, a well as Credit Card Finance, Asset Management Finance, Treasury, Strategy and Controllers. Position entails frequent interactions with executive management: Consumer Banking and Business Banking CFOs, Consumer Banking CMO, and Product Executive for Consumer & Business Banking.

Bachelors degree with relevant Masters degree preferred
