The FCD Oversight Team was created with a vision for overseeing fraud operations processes, policies, staffing, and systems as a second line of defense targeted towards managing fraud loss risk, reporting risk, and operational risks to ensure alignment to the firms goals and objectives. The team is involved in creating an oversight framework for regular and correct fraud loss tracking , monitoring Strategy effectiveness and ensuring proper control around fraud Risk Management
Core responsibilities include:
-Undertake complex analysis to accomplish the project objectives.
-Monitor Loss performance and loss variance based on regular Dashboard.
-Risk Assessment impact for various business decisions and end-to-end Strategy review session in various Senior Manager Forums
-Partner and Participate with business to understand Key Risks in Strategic Decisions through actionable Insights and Recommendation
-Proactive Analytics for better management of fraud loss risk
Day to day responsibilities:
-Ownership of oversight Analysis for Credit Cards and Debit Cards
-Development and ownership of weekly / Monthly / Quarterly oversight dashboard for Cards Strategies and Losses
-End to end review of Cards Strategy process to understand the guardrails and controls in place.
-Conduct Portfolio Deep dives for Cards Fraud Strategies and its effectiveness
