Qualified candidates will be critical thinkers who are highly analytical and thrive in a fast paced competitive environment. Candidates will also need to have a proven track record of successfully working with various levels of management on a daily basis and display examples of successful relationship building. Prior management experience within Mortgage Operations or a comparable business setting is recommended but not a requirement for the most highly qualified candidates.
Experience providing business analytics and reporting using SQL (query/procedure writing) required
3+ years’ experience working in a business / financial / risk analyst or similar role
Proven track record of critical and analytical thinking
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
SSRS experience a plus
Proven ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities and projects
Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written presentations
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals, departments and organizations
Experience in Mortgage Banking preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS or related field preferred
