Duties: Identify, assess, and define functional requirements associated with Security related program including the Workforce Risk and Analytics Prevention program. Define data sources, ingestion rules, model enhancements and design technical solution associated with this program. Using the Agile Methodology, develop and document user stories to explain and demonstrate business requirements/specifications. Collaborate with vendor, business stakeholders and technology resources in the implementation of solution into Sprints. Co-ordinate and run the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and execution phases of each Sprint, and ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations outline in the user stories and technical specifications. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirement specification, scope definition, effort estimation, system and process design, and root cause analysis. Liaise between functional and technical stakeholders. Collect and review cross project dependencies using Agile and waterfall software development methodologies. Use JIRA (Agile Tool) to track and document User Stories, Backlog, Enhancements and Defects. Use of Business Process Modelling (BPMN) techniques to define requirements including As-IS TO-BE mapping; Fit-Gap analysis. Use of Data Analysis/Mapping techniques and tools including ETL (Extract Transformation and Loading) and Data Modelling. Product Knowledge in Workforce Risk Analytics and holistic understanding of data sources required for Risk Modelling and Predictive Analytics including Physical Security, Cyber Security and DLP (Data Loss Prevention). This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

 

Minimum experience required: 7 years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Software Quality Assurance, or related experience.

 

Skills Required: Must have experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies. Must have experience with Data Management Analysis. Must have experience using Jira. Must have experience with ETL (Extract, Transformation and Loading). Must have experience with Risk Modelling. Must have experience with Data Modelling. Must have experience with Project Management. Must have experience creating use case model, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, Class diagrams - MS Visio 2003, UML, Class Diagrams, Use Case  Diagrams, State Transition Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams, Caliber RM. Must have experience with web development programming including PL/SQL, SQL Server, VB Script, ASP.Net, ASP. Must have experience creating project plan, Business requirement documents, Data Analysis, Data visualization, and Presentations. Must have experience using MS Visio and IBM Blue works.
