The Recruiting Business Transformation and Infrastructure Optimization team partners with Global Experienced Recruiting to drive consistency and deliver efficiencies through shared services, consistent metrics and technology-driven solutions to improve the recruiting function’s ability to support the hiring needs of the business. A creative and innovative learning architect is needed to support the robust training and readiness agenda, as well as the development of a recruiter curriculum across campus and experienced recruiting.
5-7 years of experience designing and developing innovative learning/training readiness solutions
Versed in instructional design; knowledgeable in adult learning theory
Ability to manage complex training programs with global impacts and establish strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization
Experience with both facilitator-led and online development – implementation strategy, material development and delivery
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to deliver content to global audiences of varying levels
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
Self-directed with the ability to plan and manage own activities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a passion to improve the employee and recruiting experience
Conceptual and/or demonstrated project management knowledge and experience
Independent thinker with ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Experience with SharePoint collaboration sites
Proficient with training technology including knowledge of learning management systems: Adobe Captivate; Articulate Storyline; Adobe Connect; as well as MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint/PitchPro
