Corporate Human Resources plays an integral role in designing, implementing, and managing global initiatives firmwide. The functional areas within Corporate HR include global Recruiting, Training, Talent and Development, Career Management, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance and HR Service Delivery ( HRSD). Our Human Resource professionals within these areas are among the most talented and innovative in the industry. They take a proactive approach to identifying and proposing solutions to organizational challenges, often working side by side with business managers to attract, manage and retain high potential talent. The Recruiting Business Transformation and Infrastructure Optimization team partners with Global Experienced Recruiting to drive consistency and deliver efficiencies through shared services, consistent metrics and technology-driven solutions to improve the recruiting function’s ability to support the hiring needs of the business.  A creative and innovative learning architect is needed to support the robust training and readiness agenda, as well as the development of a recruiter curriculum across campus and experienced recruiting.

Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                      

  • Provide training consultation, expertise, and support for initiatives across the Global Recruiting organization
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on training tools and strategies
  • Design, plan, manage, and support readiness programs that will resonate globally and cross line of business, across all levels of the organization. Inclusive of facilitator-led, virtual, and eLearning initiatives
  • Appropriately select and use a variety of creative learning strategies to develop effective readiness solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of readiness solutions by creating and implementing measures to track outcomes and ensure alignment to business objectives
  • Participate in large/ complex firm-wide projects related to recruiting and learning, as needed
  • Maintain the training calendar
  • Compile training reports for completion of training initiatives
  • Able to work under strict deadlines with flexible working hours (US vs. Global Time zones)

Qualifications

 

  • 5-7 years of experience designing and developing innovative learning/training readiness solutions 

  • Versed in instructional design; knowledgeable in adult learning theory

  • Ability to manage complex training programs with global impacts and establish strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization

  • Experience with both facilitator-led and online development – implementation strategy, material development and delivery

  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to deliver content to global audiences of varying levels

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills

  • Self-directed with the ability to plan and manage own activities

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a passion to improve the employee and recruiting experience

  • Conceptual and/or demonstrated project management knowledge and experience

  • Independent thinker with ability to adapt to shifting priorities

  • Experience with SharePoint collaboration sites

  • Proficient with training technology including knowledge of learning management systems: Adobe Captivate; Articulate Storyline; Adobe Connect; as well as MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint/PitchPro
