Job Description:
Corporate Technology develops applications and provides technology support for corporate functions across JPMorgan Chase, including Global Finance, Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, and all functions within the Corporate Administrative Office. This position will encompass financial support across multiple business units within Corporate Technology. The Corporate Technology group operates with a total expense base of $1.3 Billion and a total staff of 6,000+ employees and contractors.

Position Description:
Associate will work closely with business and IT managers to enhance and identify risks and opportunities along with creating budgets and forecasts for both direct and indirect expenses. This position will develop management reports and track actual expenses vs. budget and/or outlook forecasts. The associate will also review, analyze, and make recommendations regarding incoming indirect expense. The successful applicant will be an energetic individual with a strong financial background capable of multi-tasking and analytically reviewing processes to identify improvements with good time management, communication, and presentation skills. This is a demanding role and requires a talented individual that is able to handle a heavy workload and partner well with technology teams and LOBs in a collaborative way. Core activities associated with the position include the following:

- Manage total recoverable expense for designated Corporate Technology groups
- Develop the annual budget and monthly reforecast
- Manage detailed tracking of all key initiatives
- Prepare decks and presentations for senior management including monthly business reviews
- Integrate with the managers on project-related initiatives, resource forecasting, and time tracking
- Minimum of  3+ years of financial/accounting experience
- Advanced level expertise of MS Excel - pivot tables, application of financial formulas
- Bachelor's degree required
- Banking/IT experience preferred
- MS Powerpoint experience preferred
- Expertise of JPMC financial systems preferred:
- Essbase Tools - Financial reporting
- Clarity project tool knowledge a plus
- Ability to interrogate and interpret financial reports
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment under pressure and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, self-motivated, and work well both independently and in a team-based environment
