Technology Controls (TC) delivers streamlined and consistent solutions supporting JPMorgan Chase’s Controls and IT Risk agendas with a focus on risk reduction, stability, security, delivery, resiliency and efficiencies. TC’s focus on standardization, consistency and simplicity fosters long-term productivity, quality and innovation across JPMorgan Chase. The disciplines within this organization are Oversight & Controls Technology, Cloud Controls, Identity & Access Management, IT Risk & Controls, and Third Party Risk Management.
Control Systems Technology (CST) provides strategic application development and production support primarily across three client portfolios: Oversight & Control, Technology Controls, and Legal. In addition, CST provides Shared Services and project support to other organizations (e.g., Corporate Operational Risk, Cyber, Risk & Finance Technology).
CST Central Program Management Office (PMO) defines and governs processes for adhering to Global Technology, Technology Controls and CST objectives for project execution and delivery. It defines and administers standard processes and tools to achieve expected metrics while avoiding undue administrative project management burdens.
Scope includes SDLC Compliance, Status Reporting, Application Portfolio Strategy, Release Tracking, Project Setups within Clarity and JIRA, SDLC Deliverable Templates and support for Resource Management and Annual Planning processes.
The CST PMO leads 5 CST Extended Project Offices as to these processes, tools and techniques with goals for compliance within a best-practice environment. It supports both Waterfall and AGILE project methodologies using CA PPM (Clarity) and JIRA/Confluence. It uses SharePoint, MS Access, MS Excel and Qlikview data processing and reporting mechanisms for tracking and reporting.
Program Office Leadership
CST is seeking a PMO Lead who works closely with the internal PMO team and effectively collaborates with GT/TC and CST Extended PMO Leads on developing solutions, and achieving Corporate Technology and CST organizational goals. The PMO Lead is a visionary who defines needed solutions before they become roadblocks to achieving success; considering optimal means to manage the entire CST Portfolio.

Process-oriented - with strong organization, problem solving, and analytical skills for process design with ability to plan and execute effective delivery.
Project Management skills with waterfall and agile SDLC experience.
Knowledge of CA PPM Clarity and Jira/Confluence is required. Proficiency is a plus.
MS Access, SharePoint and Excel experience in driving solutions.
Data Processing and Data Management (Entity Relationships & Data Flow) is essential.
