Key Responsibilities
  • L3 Production Support, work with Application Developers and Operate Teams.
  • Participate in Triage calls; provide details of issues seen in production.
  • Provide solutions for the Production Issues and Documentation.
  • Work closely with the development team to monitor the design/development undertaken by them
  • Work closely with Multiple Team for Release Implementation and Support.
  • Work in the strategic Client Onboarding Lifecycle Tool (COLT )
  • Hands on design and development of technical artifacts
  • Participate in technical reviews; define/Improve processes on configuration management, deployment and resiliency planning for the application.
Qualifications Competencies:
  • 5+ years of experience in Production Support for Java Applications.
  • Exposure to Oracle, PL/SQL,  Job scheduling tools like Control-M
  • Good understanding of Unix/Linux.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Experience of Deploying Applications.
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills
  • Negotiation and influencing skills 
  • A delivery focused approach to work and the ability to work without direction.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • HTML5/Angular JS Development skills.
  • Exposure to Rules Engine, preferably Drools.
  • Exposure to BPM tools, preferably JBPM.
  • Ability to work in High Critical and High Secured Applications – Preferably on P1 tickets.
  • Experience or knowledge of Client On-boarding as it relates to an Investment Bank would be an advantage 
  • An understanding of the investment banking - experience in one or more of the following business areas:: Fixed Income, FX, F&O, Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Hedge Funds
  • Experience in Agile development techniques like Scrum and Test Driven development 
  • Exposure to Git, maven, concordian/fitnesse, crucible, sonar  and JIRA desirable.
