The VP of Strategic Development and Planning is responsible for supporting and managing the development and planning required to support and sustain Chase’s Global Operations and the associated businesses they support (e.g., Card, Retail, Auto);
Will be responsible for owning the strategic direction and roll out of key customer journey initiatives, to drive the planning, sequencing and implementation of these initiatives to drive end-state transformation based on value, impact and time to market .
Will be focused a test-and-learn approach and ongoing incremental delivery of value to our customers.
Will be responsible for helping to assess new innovative technologies as they relate to the strategic vision of the customer journey’s, and partnering with the execution team and innovation lab to in order to successfully execute
