Marketing Acquisition Capabilities
Manages the development of new and existing digital capabilities in support of customer acquisitions for Chase Card Services. Responsibilities begin with understanding the strategy, goals, and business requirements of the business teams and extends through the successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of features and underlying capabilities. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively influence and manage the work of both internal and external teams and should have considerable experience delivering digital solutions for both web and mobile platforms.
The person in this role will have frequent interaction with senior management and strategic business partners and must be effective in working with employees at all levels. He/she will be the key point of contact on all questions/issues related to the solutions/products he/she has responsibility for and will work to deliver high-quality digital solutions in a timely fashion. Candidates must have the ability to understand and assess technical challenges and issues, quickly translate them into logical conclusions and recommendations, and present them clearly to business decision makers.
