Consumer and Small Business offers a broad array of credit cards to meet the needs of individual consumers and small businesses. Our portfolio includes Chase-branded credit cards - Sapphire, Freedom, Ink and Slate as well as co-branded credit cards offered in partnership with well-known brands and organizations, including AARP, Amazon, Disney, Marriott, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, and many others in the United States and Canada.

This role is responsible for the execution and creative development of Acquisitions Tactics on a reoccurring basis. Channels involved include - direct mail, online, retail, and on site alternative media. This employee will be in charge of four direct reports, and aligning their work to broader acquisition goals.


Typical Day

  • Manage the strategic and executional efforts for card marketplace.

  • Align priorities for the four direct reports to ensure client and departmental goals are met

  • Build Requirements based on strategic direction on product, positioning, pricing, and placement

  • Work with multiple stakeholders across the business to manage and implement end-to-end campaign execution activities

  • Focus will be customer acquisitions but with an eye on the customer experience 

  • Accurately manage details of each product offer for seamless execution into market and a great customer experience

  • Assess change requests for marketing campaign impacts

  • Coordinate creative material reviews with all appropriate stakeholders and gather approvals

  • Identify opportunities to improve process, develop efficiencies and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Bachelor's Degree required Background/experience in campaign management required

  • 2+ years; Chase credit card / financial services experience required 

  • Agency experience preferred

  • Proven ability to lead and function effectively in a matrix organization

  • Excellent project management capabilities 

  • Superior time management capabilities 

  • Strong people skills 

  • Strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate

  • Experience either working for or with agencies

  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced, fluid environment with tight deadline

  • Good sense of humor, positive attitude and ability to be flexible

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and leadership potential 

  • Ability to manage a diverse and dispersed set of stakeholders 

  • Astute customer service orientation and previous partner management experience preferred 

  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
