Job Description:
The Card Services Chief Development Officer is a key leadership position within the organization responsible for increasing developer productivity across the entire Consumer and Commercial Card organization. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a small cross-functional team of individuals to provide daily focus on driving developer productivity
  • Act as a key advisor to senior IT leadership including frequent interaction with CTOs and regular communication with CIOs
  • Represent the Card Services organization in the Consumer & Community Bank CDO and Firmwide CDO forums
  • Evangelize software development best practices related to Agile SDLC, software security, quality, and automating the software development lifecycle

Basic Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of IT experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a software delivery manager delivering large complex IT solutions
    • Very strong presentation and communication skills with experience providing communication to C level executives
 
Preferred Skills:
    • Financial services experience
    • Proven experience in transforming a large organization via indirect influence
    • Strong understanding and experience of Agile SDLC, Continuous Integration and Deploy and automated testing
