Position Overview

This position is a new role on the CB Learning team to provide project management support for training and to support the overall CB Learning team with sustainable tools for ongoing tracking and reporting on various initiatives across the organization.  The candidate will be working closely with CB TS Product partners, cross LOB partners, and client facing TS employees to understand holistically the impact of the Sales and Product training initiatives and ensure successful execution of training activities.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle for assigned initiatives
  • Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, and deliverables; manage the overall project plan
  • Communicate with senior management regarding project progress and recommendations/decisions; develop effective presentations and project update materials suitable for senior executives
  • Monitor projects on an ongoing basis; evaluating progress and issue resolution process and taking appropriate steps for escalation if needed
  • Lead post-implementation review by evaluating project results
  • Identify and recommend best practices and enhancements to be included in standards and procedures for project management and relevant methodologies 
  • Provide analytical support to the CB Learning teams
  • Provide supplemental design/content development as needed to the readiness and training arms of the CB Learning team
  • Assist with content management

Qualifications

  • 3 years project management experience
  • Strong proficiency with project management methodology and the project management lifecycle
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis; ability to lead and influence project teams
  • Proven ability as a self-starter, detail-oriented, well organized, strong decision-making skills and able to multi-task effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Presentation skills; including use of PowerPoint PitchPro+ to develop presentations for all levels of management
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data; including use of Excel pivot tables and advanced functions
  • Strong SharePoint development and maintenance skills

 

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Prior experience working with  Commercial Banking sub LOBs and front office sales functions and/or cross function support areas
  • Understanding of Treasury Services products and functionality
  • Experience in training and/or readiness activities
  • SharePoint site ownership experience a plus
