This dynamic position within the Strategic Insights team will focus on translating customer data into insights to drive strategies for Chase Ultimate Rewards.  The marketing analytics manager will work in a highly collaborative environment to drive customer engagement on the Chase Ultimate Rewards platform and have the opportunity to influence key critical business initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excel at creative and strategic thinking; be self-motivated, confident and organized, and ready to work in a fast-paced energetic environment.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Identify data driven insights to influence business strategies across Chase Ultimate Rewards
  • Segment customers based on internal and external attributes to clearly identify opportunities for growth, drive targeting strategies and measure overall portfolio performance
  • Collaborate with Ultimate Rewards and Chase brand product teams to develop MIS and presentations
  • Evaluate and develop business case analytics in support of rewards engineering, initiatives, and marketing campaigns
  • Effectively communicate analysis results and recommendations to management
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as business, finance, economics, engineering, or mathematics.  MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years analytics experience within marketing, finance or risk analysis.
  •  Finance services industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in a programming language.  SAS and SQL Preferred. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of the key drivers within the credit card P&L.
  • Proficiency in critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
