With Client Assets of $2.8 trillion, Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) is a global leader in investment advice and management. Our clients include institutions and retail investors in Asset Management, high-net-worth individuals in the Private Bank and brokerage clients in JPMorgan Securities.
The AWM Central Finance Planning, Reporting and Analysis team supports the CFO and Executive Management of the AWM business. The team is responsible for reviewing all aspects of the business in an effort to develop analysis and provide insight on revenue, expense, profitability, investment performance, capital & balance sheet usage in order to provide senior management with meaningful recommendations to increase profitability and efficiency. Key deliverables include the consolidated monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, public reporting, planning, forecasting and analysis of business drivers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of AWM expense and headcount planning and reporting. This individual will manage a small central team and also drive a strong partnership across all AWM LOB expense teams, providing guidance on policy, procedures and controls globally across the entire AWM organization. This individual will also identify opportunities to improve procedures and controls, and also implement best practices to create efficiency. This individual will also lead AWM ad hoc projects and expense reviews.
