The Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team resides within Corporate Finance. The group is responsible for the execution and delivery against the Firm’s regulatory reporting requirements to its U.S. regulators.   The team has end-to-end responsibility for U.S. regulatory reporting,  including the design, implementation, and oversight of the execution, analysis, control and governance frameworks.  Its mandate includes determining the appropriate investment in people, processes and technology to improve the accuracy, completeness and consistency of the Firm’s U.S. regulatory reporting and capital stress testing submissions, as well as the implementation of new requirements and guidelines as they are published. The objectives of the FRRA Team are to provide leadership on all aspects of U.S. regulatory reporting and firmwide capital stress-testing, including both internal and regulatory requirements. 
The Business Management & Control Team’s focus is to continuously improve and enhance the administrative and control environment.
Associate Responsibilities
The candidate will report to the FRRA Business Management lead and support the lead in various business management activities.
This role requires the individual to:
  • Establish strong relationships across FRRA, Finance and Business management teams
  • Provide analytical support to FRRA Management, including headcount/expense, budgeting
  • Preparation of meeting materials, presentations and town halls
  • Assist with management team meetings and department off-sites
  • Assist with onboarding and off-boarding staff and contractors
  • Manage team communications
  • Manage occupancy related matters, including facilities work, personnel moves and occupancy plans
  • Manage vendor relationships including initiating contracts and invoice payments
  • Manage business resiliency planning, reporting and testing
  • Engage in special projects as needed
Candidate requirements:
  • Associate level
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Business management and/or finance experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead by influence
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • SharePoint knowledge a plus
