J.P. Morgan Asset Management Japan Limited (AMJ) is looking for an energetic professional who will be able to support and enhance our sales. Working as a member of Funds Sales team, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to contribute to the industry grow.  
AMJ focus on the intermediary business of Japanese mutual fund market. Funds Sales members are responsible for getting new mandates from the existing/new distributors, such as brokerage houses, mega banks and regional banks. Also Sales members are involved with the wholesale activities, which means creating and keeping relationship with sales people at the distributors to support their funds sales.
AMJ have three branches at Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka other than Tokyo office, which we leverage our global capability to develop JPMAM brand across the country.
Job functions/responsibilities 
  • Increase revenue in funds sales through enhancing relationship with clients by collaborating with various people within the company.
  • Be a primary contact for the client as a relationship manager to lead the company to win the mandate
  • Wholesale activity conducting seminars and studying sessions both at the distributor branches across the country as well as at JPMAM Japan’s four locations
  • Experience in sales Investment Management industry
  • Work independently and proactively on client satisfaction
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Team player
  • Vice President (Years of experience:8~15 years)
  • Language requirements:   Japanese (Native level), English(Business level)
