Our Global Service Centers (GSCs) are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the firm’s operations regionally and globally. The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.

The incumbent would be a leadership role within the Asset Servicing team in Bangalore and would need to be a key contributor to building the Asset Servicing utility in MBM. As part of this role some of the key responsibilities of this VP would include the following –
  1. Provide hands on leadership to the Fund Services Asset Servicing team in Bangalore and
  2. Ensure day to day operations are managed within the key operational parameters determined
  3. Build a path to standardize and integrate practices between the FS Asset Servicing utility
  4. Identify and lead identification of technology and process change requirements to help the team perform tasks efficiently and within control parameters
  5. Represent the FS Asset Servicing team with global stakeholders
  6. Be a strong member of the department leadership to motivate and support team.
  7. Communicate and influence behavior upstream and with partners to improve results

  1. Candidate should possess strong knowledge of Banking operations preferably in the Asset Servicing space.
  2. Leadership skills to motivate and bind a team across geographies.
  3. Adaptable to change and ability to manage change
  4. Relationship building with diverse groups and senior executives.

  6. People management experience
  7. Excellent business writing and verbal English communication skills
  8. Proficient in MS office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook).

  11. Excellent coaching skills.
  12. Good delegation skills.
