Job Description
This position will be part of the Consumer & Business Banking Deposit Product Management group (responsible for  checking, savings, debit, pre-paid and time deposit products) specifically reporting into the Pricing and Analytics group.  As a Product Analyst II, you will be responsible for reporting/analysis for Consumer & Business Banking deposit products.  The role will focus specifically in analytical projects in the Business Banking line of business which supports our Business clients ranging for sole proprietor up to $20MM in annual revenue.  Business Banking has an aggressive growth ambition at JPMC with targets to double market share in the next five years and this role will be key in supporting that strategies that will make that happen.  Analysis will cover such topics as transactional analytics, product portfolio strategy fee reporting, control analytics and fee reporting.  The Product Analyst II position blends execution of critical daily business functions with analysis and presentation of long term strategy.
  • Develop and maintain highly complex SAS programming for analytical purposes
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to solve key business questions
  • Work closely with Product Management group to provide data solutions to issues impacting clients
  • Provide highly accurate account level detail for client communications
  • Creation of business review packets / analysis review for discussion with senior management

  • 3-5 years in a similar role including Product Management, Marketing Analytics or reporting
  • Master’s degree: MBA, MS Economics, or similar degree preferred 
  • Advanced skills in database tools such as SAS (required), Teradata SQL Assistant, Brio, Business Objects, etc.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (with the ability to easily create Pivot tables, array formulas, and visualizations)
  • Highly efficient and able to work accurately with large datasets
  • Ability to work and quickly adapt in a very fast paced and high pressure environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to highly complex and diverse problems
