Role Overview:


Role will be based in Mumbai and will be responsible for managing x Asset initiatives, strategy & change across the organization.  Priorities will include providing support and thought leadership to 8 product lines, ensuring consistency & optimization of x Asset technologies and partnering closely with technology, UX designers, product teams and Ops partners to achieve results.


X Asset initiatives include both tech and ops driven agendas designed to improve our operational performance, client experience, risk and controls and operating model.  By design, the role is non-routine and creative in nature.  


The team is global with representation expanding across the operational footprint.  Team members are required to operate in a dynamic working environment and a multifaceted governance model – operating in a lead capacity by region, product and over-arching work-streams.

Summary of Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder management across region and product lines
  • Partnering closely with product leads to determine delivery approach and priority areas. 
  • E2E execution and implementation of Work streams under management
  • Maintain and build excellent relationships across Derivatives & Currencies Ops, as well as across other CIB CAO organizations, Technology, and Product Managers. Work in partnership with these teams to achieve results.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and contribute to solutions that will impact decision making and help steer the strategic direction of the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Commerce graduate with MBA in Finance or other relevant steams preferred.
  • 7-10 years of background in OTC Derivatives and/or Currencies. Knowledge of Markets and Investor Services Operations is preferable
  • 3+ years work experience in Change/Project Management and / or Business Analytical Skills would be an advantage
  • Strong numerical & creative thinking skills
    • A self starter, requiring limited supervision.
    • Strong relationship building & networking skills
    • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills and initiate change
    • Confident decision making skills with the ability to articulate supporting rationale
    • Ability to prioritize work in a pressurized environment
  • Strong IT and Microsoft Excel skills are required
    • Well organized with great attention to detail
    • Good project management skills
    • Team player
    • Good communication skills, with the ability to face-off to various levels of management
    • Consistent track record of strong performance
