Consumer and Small Business offers a broad array of credit cards to meet the needs of individual consumers and small businesses. Our portfolio includes Chase-branded credit cards - Sapphire, Freedom, Ink and Slate as well as co-branded credit cards offered in partnership with well-known brands and organizations, including AARP, Amazon, Disney, Marriott, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, and many others in the United States and Canada.

This position is responsible for ensuring that all Chase contractual obligations associated with the Co-Brand Partner Credit and Debit Card Program are met. This person will work closely with many cross functional teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure adherence to all contractual requirements including: Operational SLA’s, Account Attributes, Partner Payments and Reporting.  Additionally this role will provide analytical and strategic support for product development activities.
This role is excellent for a finance or operations professional considering a career transition into the business and/or who sees the value in working within a line of business to broaden their perspective as a finance or operations leader.
Key responsibilities include:
Finance & Reporting
  • Work closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure all payments and financial calculations related to the Co-Brand Partner Program are accurate and delivered in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Work closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure all P&L items associated with the Co-Brand Partner Program are accurate, auditable and accounted for appropriately. Examples include but are not limited to:
    • Marketing Commitment expense tracking and forecasting
    • Co-funding validation, payment and oversight
    • Rewards program solvency tracking and forecasting
    • Profit Share calculations and forecast
  • Ensure all reporting associated with Co-Brand Partner Program is delivered in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Identify and implement solutions to streamline and simplify reporting.
Operations and Controls
  • Responsible for operational aspects of the program outside of Customer service and Marketing.  Key areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • High Risk Closure Process
    • Collections and Recovery Process Oversight
    • SLA Monitoring
    • MID validation
    • MCC validation
  • Work with all areas that support Co-Brand Partner Program to ensure controls are in place to maintain compliance with all aspects of the Disney contract.
  • Primary point of contact for all audit/governance activities related to the Co-Brand Partner Program.
Product/Business Development
  • Provide analytical and strategic support for product enhancement and other new business initiatives.
  • Work closely with General Manager on contract updates and renewal activities


  • 8+ years relevant Marketing experience
  • Outstanding analytical ability and understanding of P&Ls.
  • Strong Project Management skills and the ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives.
  • Ability to identify, implement & monitor operational controls. Audit/controls background is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills as the position entails a large degree of cross-functional collaboration and coordination. A track record of working and negotiating effectively with partners is extremely helpful.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • It is critical to be able to identify and clearly present solutions to complex problems.
  • Credit Card industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with TS2 and TSYS IP platforms a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus
