Job Description:
Regulatory Control Operations (RCO), which is aligned under Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), also operates as a critical partner to Asset Management, Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Bank and works closely with internal partners throughout CCB.  RCO has approximately 1,500 employees and our employees embrace the Five Keys to a Great Customer Experience.
Regulatory Control Operations consists of the following functions:
As a Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing an array of administrative functions requiring a high degree of confidentiality, initiative and sound decision making while working under limited direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interacts with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure
  • Develops relationships in a highly-matrixed organization
  • Handles the administrative and executive support related tasks with minimal supervision
Basic Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to interface positively and communicate effectively with colleagues and managers at all levels is required
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Senior Administrative Assistant role working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous work experience supporting executives and their teams
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in managing calendars, travel schedules and expense submissions
  • Strong working experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of general administrative procedures (e.g., managerial requests, IT troubleshooting and escalation, filing (physical/virtual), correspondence)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills including excellent phone etiquette
  • Excellent time management skills
