The Project Manager is part of the Wholesale Loan Operations (WLO) Booking and Servicing Bi-Lateral team.  The successful candidate must be able to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively. Duties include leading or overseeing a variety of functions within the business, projects and special assignments.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage overall project plans by defining a purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, and deliverables to internal business partners; managing projects within the production environment
  • Partner with Integration Management on larger projects to ensure resource availability and delivery
  • Analyze change management processes, make recommendations, document  and ensure execution of change
  • Oversee and track production data by requesting, collecting and consolidating data from Agency Booking & Servicing (AB&S) groups in Chicago and Bangalore
  • Manage internal organization communication including partner marketing, organization changes, monthly training forums and leadership meetings
  • Manages and oversees WLO/AB&S initiatives, including budgeting, finance, headcount forecasting and reconciliation
  • Oversees and coordinates reporting of key issues, measuring business results for management related to quality, service, efficiency, risk and other metrics by assisting and coordination monthly reporting with business partners
  • Oversees planning and execution of special events as needed
  • Point of contact of coordination for internal business partner (e.g. Finance, Legal, Technology, HR, etc.)
  • Support special initiatives and key deliverables of AB&S management team
  • Builds relationships that promotes a client centered organization
  • Play key role in client experience analysis and reporting
  • Tracking and preparing risk event write-ups for AB&S

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of business management, operations management or knowledge of project management in the financial services industry
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to create formal presentations for executive management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS degree
  • Ability to lead change by building effective partnerships at all levels
  • Experience with financial and event planning, including reporting
  • Independent, self-motivated with an ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and judgment skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite
