Job Description:
As a Business Analyst within Global Trust & Estates Middle Office, you will support the US Trust & Estates Practice by owning or supporting various initiatives.  The candidate will support/own multiple initiatives across various geographic locations.  Initiatives will involve participants and functions impacting multiple groups and stakeholders. Ad hoc requests in addition to scheduled activities are typical.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Completing daily, monthly and annual processes independently
  • Lead activities, monitor details, and set priorities.
  • Complete root cause analysis and implement best practices.
  • Communicate and facilitate management decisions where necessary.
  • Function as an escalation point to keep all parties aware of overall status
  • Prepare agenda and facilitate regular status update meetings
  • Develop agenda‚Äôs and presentation decks for status meetings
  • Specific activity may include:
    • Documenting current and future state operating models
    • Documenting policies and procedures
    • Developing and delivering client and/or internal communications
    • Metrics reporting and status tracking
 Candidate must be able to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously, changing priorities, and work independently in a fast paced environment. 


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, client -focused
  • Strong interpersonal & and follow up skills
  • Ability to synthesize information to reach logical conclusions & present findings
  • Ability to evaluate & improve processes; Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong systems, operational, and control analysis skills
  • Demonstrated intermediate level proficiency with MS Excel
  • High degree of initiative, self direction, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • 1-2 years business analyst experience
  • Strong issue resolution/and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
  • Familiarity with Private Banking and/or Trust & Estates business is a plus
