Job Description:
Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Wealth Management (WM) line of business, the world’s premier service provider for ultra-high and high net worth individuals.  The Private Bank’s goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, both personally and across generations.  The members of WM Operations provide end-to-end support for all aspects of the client banking experience, working closely with sales, service, and product specialty groups.
Client Reporting and Data Management Specialists are the initial point of contact for Ultra-High and High Net Worth clients wishing to make various updates to their existing accounts within the JPMorgan Private Bank.  Client and Account Documentation Specialists combine their knowledge and skills with the available technology tools to complete all required updates. They work with various business areas to resolve complex issues/requests, including updates to multiple systems, data remediations, and/or updates related to a variety of legal entity structures and products the client may invest in.  Specialists are expected to meet the needs of clients while adhering to the firm's established control procedures and framework. Client Reporting and Data Management Specialists are expected to have a working knowledge all of the technology and systems used to maintenance accounts.  As our technology evolves, Specialists will be expected to quickly learn the new systems/databases in order to maintain optimal execution, tracking and control capabilities.
  • Assess maintenance requirements and partner with bankers, product specialists and/or client service associates to expedite processing.
  • Review, process and/or validate maintenance requests with quality and urgency
  • Analyze and respond to account maintenance inquiries.
  • Communicate inquiry status with key stakeholders
  • Complete maintenance via applicable systems
  • Adhere to Regulatory Guidelines and Firm, Private Bank policy and procedures
  • Provide quality service on a day-to-day basis to clients, Product Specialists, and other internal colleagues throughout ultra high net worth/high net worth
  • Strong understanding product range and operational processes
  • Strong client focus and discipline to ensure quality output for sensitive and lucrative client base (Ultra-High and High Net Worth)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Special projects as required

  • Proficient PC skills
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of Investment and Banking products/services
  • 2 years of experience in the Financial Services and/or Banking industry preferred
