The Digital Products Platform Content Support Team is looking for an Analyst to support the operational components of Digital’s implementation of the Non English language policy.
The Analyst is a critical role for Digital, the Analyst works with the Sr. Product manager, Product Managers, UAT, QA, Developers, Compliance, Legal, Control and vendors to ensure all operational aspects are executed to ensure eligible content is displayed in Spanish on all Digital platforms including the and mobile applications.   The Analyst must be Spanish Speaking and will be primarily responsible for supporting activity related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and understanding all the systems that support the Spanish Translation process.
The Analyst will assist in Spanish validation, implementation, Defect triaging and resolution.  Will spend about 25% of their time working with Jira Dashboards and creating queries, reports and updating the Spanish SharePoint site with such reports and data.  The Analyst must be able to work on cross functional teams and be a self starter and work independently under a Sprint driven environment.        

Finally, the Analyst will be responsible for becoming knowledgeable of the non-English policy and how it applies in the day to day activity and understanding how policy decisions will impact Digital.
The Analyst will also support the documenting of the translation program and will develop and maintain detailed operational process documentation.
This position requires someone who is a team and independent worker as well as a strong multi-tasker, hands-on, self-driven and comfortable working with colleagues from peers to Sr. Management. They will be the “Subject Matter Expert (SME)” of Digital’s Spanish implementation and strategy.  The Analyst needs to be consultative, while multitasking through overlapping stages of multiple projects and Work Orders.




  • At least 5 years related experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Excellent multitasking ability to coordinate multiple projects, meeting both scheduled and unscheduled deadlines.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • MS Office proficient
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Must work well in a geographically dispersed team environment and manage in an active, changing environment
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to execute under pressure is key
  • Must have ability to be tactful yet assertive
