If so, then this is the right opportunity for you.  The Vice President role will be part of the Chase Pay Analytics team, which is within the Digital Product team for Consumer and Community Bank. This individual will own the Chase Pay enrollment and POS strategy, as well as development of management business review presentations.  As a data-driven, disciplined, customer obsessed team, we are responsible for collaborating with our colleagues to develop marketing and product strategies.
Success in this role requires a strong foundation in data and analysis skills coupled with a proven ability to translate analytical insights in to comprehensive action plans.  The role requires constant interactions across the Chase Pay Leadership and Risk Management teams.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead and drive projects to improve customer experience during enrollment and authorization of our wallet
  • Manage day-day customer experience issues that may come up when consumers are trying to use our wallet
  • Represent the product team across the Risk Organization
  • Prepare and drive content for management presentations and updates
  • Lead data gathering and analysis for solving complex problems and facilitate decision making
  • Manage the budget process along with investment prioritization and assessment
    • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent digital product analytics experience required, MBA or other graduate degree preferred
    • An outstanding ability to define, deconstruct, and present problems in a consultative approach
    • Strong logical approach to problem-solving, being able to deconstructing the issue and identifying the so-what
    • 3+ years of experience; Strategy, Consultation, business development preferred
    • Outstanding analytical and quantitative capabilities required, synthesize data and develop recommendations
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written, specifically management style  
    • Collaborative approach the ability to interact with partners across matrix organization and hierarchy
