Chase Commercial Digital Solutions Project Manager

As Chase Commercial Digital Solutions Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery and implementation of projects for the Commercial Digital Solutions Team for the Chase Online.
The core responsibilities of this position include:
  • Producing a detailed implementation plan utilizing Microsoft Project that will be the base document to define roles, responsibilities and milestones
  • Managing life cycle delivery requirements through deployment
  • Reviewing and approving all project design documentation, ensuring all business requirements are met and interpreted correctly throughout the Agile project delivery process
  • Leading/participating in meetings at the operational and project level, providing continuous feedback on project status
  • Partnering with both the Product Management and Service Delivery teams within Commercial Digital Solutions as well as other Lines of Business and other functional areas
  • Identifying and securing cross-LOB resources and/or scheduling conflicts
  • Identifying and managing project impacts and dependencies
  • Functioning as an escalation point to keep all parties aware of overall project impact, facilitating management decisions at the earliest possible time
  • Estimating and tracking financials
This is accomplished through development of requirements/specifications documents; creation of detailed testing plans and scripts; specification of data requirements in support of testing plan; working with Commercial and other LOB resources to develop appropriate training and communications approach; managing after implementation support functions to ensure smooth transition and customer satisfaction
  • 3-5 years relevant project management experience
  • Experience with Agile project delivery method (Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent designation)
  • Experience in leading cross-functional and cross-LOB projects
  • Expertise in project management discipline and techniques
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • Strong team building skills
  • Strong knowledge level of Microsoft Project and Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access (data management, query writing) a plus
  • Hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst or a related discipline with an emphasis on delivering cutting edge technology within finance plus
