Global Network Services (GNS)  is responsible for the architecture, design, plan, build, deployment and operations of JPMC’s worldwide communications network.  Together, we ensure excellence across our global network, consisting of ~34,000 circuits and 32,000 networking devices, connecting 500+ corporate sites, 5300 banking centers and 32 large scale data centers.

 

The Product / Service Delivery Manager for the Global Network Services will focuses on supporting the other technical teams to bridge the gap between lines of business, technology, and product management. In this role, you will work with both the line of business contacts and technology leads to ensure that all teams are working with a common understanding of the technology we are deploying.

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Serve as liaison between business and technology to ensure our current offering and next generation production are in line with business requirements.
  • Establish and maintain policies for product lifecycle roadmaps; ensure consistent delivery across Global Network Services.
  • Manage product costing ensure our expenses are correctly mapped to products while provide clarity to our LOBs.
  • Develop and maintain a Service Maturity Matrix linking products and services to planned releases and next generation deployments.
  • Formalize and enhance product support taking into account service levels and shifting business needs.  
  • Develop and manage client relationships to meet data deliverables by understanding and documenting  program objectives and business requirements.
  • Articulates the business value and impact of advanced technical and non-technical information with ease and knows when to seek management assistance.
  • Perform critical analysis on information consolidated from multiple sources, identify and resolve conflicts, and break down high-level information into detailed workable requirements. 
  • Become subject matter expert product costing ensure our expenses are correctly mapped to products while provide clarity to our LOBs.
  • Actively provides  feedback and strategic recommendations.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Analyst, with heavy emphasis on technology and implementation understanding.
  • Proven experience collaborating with and influencing technical and non-technical audiences with an ability to prepare, present, and adapt the intended message to the target audience.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills are critical since this job primarily entails communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • General knowledge of financial services concepts and products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders.
  • Financial industry experience is an additional plus.
