Job Description:
The Latam Channels Product Manager is responsible for electronic channels strategy, product development and support of commercialization of electronic solutions provided to Corporate clients in Latin America.


  •  Collaborate with Product Managers in Latin America and Global partners to identify opportunities and develop new solutions to grow the business and improve the electronic client experience
  • Understand Core Cash Management and Liquidity products, features and Channels usage in Latin America countries (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia);
  • Conduct, drive and execute the Latam Channels project initiatives in partnership with Regional and Global Stakeholders.
  •  Monitor innovative solutions and competitors on the channels front and execute key components of the Strategic Project Roadmap for the region;
  • Robust understanding of market dynamics and regulatory environment related to electronic channel in the financial industry, being able to identify opportunities, potential risks and address as expected.
  • Partner with Sales to address client requirements related to connectivity and electronic solutions.
  •  Elaborate, approve and review business requirements along with other product managers, operations and technology;
  • Create and update internal and external channels materials for training and offering of electronic solutions.
  • Act as a Product Manager to improve existing processes to enhance client experience.
  • Monitor channels usage performance and delivery action plans.
Deep Knowledge on electronic channels (Internet Banking, H2H, Swift, API, etc), usability and connectivity used by corporate clients to connect with the bank;
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, and Engineering is required; MBA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
·         Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese required; Advanced Spanish is a plus;
·         Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Advantage knowledge on electronic channels is a differentiator;
·         Background in banks or financial institutions and knowledge of Cash products are desirable.
