About the Markets Execution Group:

The Markets Execution group assesses emerging trends, technologies, electronic platforms, and potential partnerships inside and outside the bank in order to transform the way we and our clients do business. The Product Development team within the Markets Execution group works in partnership with the sales, trading and research businesses to develop “next generation” solutions for the firm’s multi-asset institutional client and sales platform. We deliver proprietary and market-leading solutions across the trade and investment lifecycle via web, desktop, and mobile channels.


In the Program Manager role the candidate will oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing programs including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling program activities.


This role provides the unique and exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the full spectrum of the CIB’s financial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with various Business areas to prepare client, user and account data for integration into the CIB Entitlements framework
  • Work with Business and Development teams to prepare specs on custom solutions and to ensure the timely and successful delivery of custom solutions per line of business
  • Resolve inquiries by clarifying issues, researching answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions and escalating issues as needed.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Key Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with data conversion, analysis, mapping and migration
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Knowledge of program management concepts
  • Knowledge of client groups and/or issues related to the program area

  • Focus on automating repeatable tasks
  • Work under pressure both independently and within a team
  • Experience migrating, loading and validating data sets
