The Consumer Banking Specialist is responsible for providing timely resolutions to our Consumer and Community Banking customer’s queries.  They will connect with our customers through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards and other issues."

The Ad Hoc reporting team needs a Business Analyst to manage the design, development and implementation of reporting, automation and data solutions for the CSS MIS team.  The position will serve as the development team point of contact and will apply knowledge of systems functionality and data attributes in the process of developing appropriate requirements/reporting designs and solutions.   Position responsibilities are performed within established development deadlines and pursuant to control requirements and process protocol.  The position will work with all levels of management and other analysts on a daily basis to perform their job duties.     
Scope of Work: 
  • Call Center Operations Knowledge: Possesses an understanding of call center operations and data flow/call routing
  • Ability to Learn and Follow Procedures: Demonstrates the ability to learn and apply a series of steps, rules, or guidelines needed to perform a specific task, responsibility, or role

  • Database Management and Reporting: Demonstrates proficiency with database management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Access, OAD, Info1, LPS/MSP Passport, SQL)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. 
  • 2-5 years of experience with SQL Server, SSIS (Must Have), Advanced Excel, SSRS
  • Work with version control tools like Subversion and project tracking tools like JIRA in a team setting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of banking operations
  • Ability to analyze raw data and translate into highly readable and professional reports
  • Ability to prioritize work and efficiently process change requests from customers
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ensure development methodologies are followed and are compliant with department and Chase standards
  • Must have 2-5 years prior SQL /PL SQL/Database experience
  • 1+ years utilizing Business Intelligence solutions
  • Prior experience with call center technology data(Avaya CMS, NICE, IVR, Aspect )
  • Prior experience with workforce management data
  • Prior experience in reporting and data analysis development with ability to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated knowledge of data quality control techniques
  • Strong documentation abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience developing in an Oracle Database environment a plus
