This Business Development position requires an in-depth understanding of the global financial markets, developing and executing sales strategy, a strong sales background in the institutional space with the ability to manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, outstanding presentation skills, a collaborative approach, excellent networking skills, and technical aptitude.
Required: 3+ years of experience selling trading technology to the buy- and/or sell-side, consistently exceeding sales targets.
Required: Excellent communication (oral & written), presentation, and listening skills.
Required: Natural and effortless networker.
Required: Ability to work independently, as a team member and as a leader.
Required: Bachelor’s degree
Preferred: Series 3, 4, 7, 63 or equivalent licenses.
Preferred: Experience with global equities, options, futures, and/or FX markets.
