The Continuous Improvement Services (CIS) team assists frontline, middle management and senior management employees in integrating and sustaining a defined set of key business tools and management practices required for continuous improvement. CIS adds value for the client by encouraging innovation and using the innate capabilities of the business unit to achieve more effective operating results.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and project manager with a blended background in technology, data, reporting and scorecard/metric development. The candidate must be able to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment by delivering timely accurate results as the contact of numerous CTO wide executive level reports.
