Job Description:
This position is an Analyst level Program Management role supporting China Human Resources and the implementation of the firm’s China Talent Strategy reporting to the China Organizational Development Lead. The Analyst will provide executive administrative support to the Head of Human Resources China and various people related projects across a variety of areas, including organizational effectiveness, change management, talent management as well as program management needs. This individual will interact with various stakeholders within the organization, strong prioritization, organization, communication and relationship management skills are essential. This role would suit those who have a strong interest in HR, are keen to learn, and take an active role within the wider group.
Job Description:
Project Support and Management:
  • Assist in end to end project delivery to support the implementation of Talent Strategy. This includes but is not limited to project documentation, project plan development, attending all project meetings and capturing and distributing meeting minutes with clear action items
  • Track all progress and project deliverables utilizing appropriate tools; document and report status regularly to Project Manager
  • Reach out to project team members, as necessary, in order to ensure deliverables remain on track
  • Responsible for accuracy and timely delivery of all assigned tasks
  • Creation of presentations and program dashboards
  • Consider all scenarios and asks, and think through the details, permutations, and all possible implications
Administrative Support for HR Head:
  • Become an integral part of the HR business, understand priorities and expectations and understand the need for confidentiality at all times
  • Extensive use of Outlook to include inbox and calendar management, enabling the seamless coordination of internal and external meetings, travel and other appointments
  • Set up internal and external meeting, conference calls, telepresence etc.
  • Prepare and manage travel arrangements for HR team including co-ordination of flights, tickets, VISAs, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Utilize internal systems and complete accurate data entry (Concur, eSource, CWT)


Risk and Controls:

  • Manage expense processing through Concur, reimbursement etc. and process expenses in a timely manner


  • Fluency in English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities
  • Client-service focused team player who operates with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Knows when to escalate matters for appropriate resolution
  • Comfortable facing off to senior management and Business Heads
  • Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills
  • Very high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, diligent and strong work ethic, with a commitment to continuously learn and develop
