About the Role
The successful candidate will own and implement the marketing and engagement strategy for CAO and Technology training. They will work closely with the management team, learning and communication partners, as well as subject matter experts across multiple lines of business to drive awareness and increase engagement around learning offerings and key initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Devise, implement and manage the effectiveness of a multi-pronged, multi-channel marketing and communication strategy and pipeline (e.g. print, digital media, intranet and social collaboration)
• Inject creativity and innovation in the creation and delivery of the strategy
• Develop and deliver content and messaging for intranet, email, collateral, video scripts, talking points, articles, etc.) consistent with the overall learning objectives – clear, concise, and engaging, obsessed with end-user experience.
• Chair the CAO & Technology Marketing Lead roundtable comprised of reps from Tech, Ops and Professional Development to build pipeline, ensure relevant, targeted campaigns to increase awareness of programs.
• Become familiar with our target market & end-user/learning professional personas to ensure communications are highly personalized to each target audience.
• Partner with learning leads, JPMC Marketing & Engagement Lead and hub partners to drive strategy and implementation of Learning Pop-Ups.
• Cultivate strong partnerships to drive integrated strategies with communications, marketing and SME partners.
• Identify, and ensure cohesion with parent brands such as JPMC and learning@jpmc
• Maintain/streamline toolkit that helps the training team underline our brand (e.g., brand guidelines, templates, best practices) as well as coach them on marketing/engagement best practices.
• Create executive communications for the Head of CAO & Technology training (presentations, messages, etc.).




BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related work experience preferred

• Experience driving innovative communications strategies with an emphasis on end-user experience, digital media/social collaborative platforms

• Ability to interact, influence, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

• Confident communicator with the ability to present concepts in a clear, concise and engaging way.

• Editing, proofreading, layout and design skills.

• Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and strong execution skills

• Superior project and time management skills; comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment

• Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to deliver practical, but unique solutions

• Motivated self-starter capable of working collaboratively or independently, with energy and integrity, demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and accepts accountability and responsibility

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative suites (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) a plus.

• Minimum of 7 years Marketing experience required
