CCB Risk
Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) serves consumers and small businesses with a broad range of financial services, including personal banking, small business banking and lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. Consumer & Community Banking Risk Management partners with each CCB sub-line of business to identify, assess, prioritize and remediate risk. Types of risk that occur in consumer businesses include fraud, reputation, operational, credit, market and regulatory, among others.
Fraud Risk Reporting and Analytics team for Consumer and Community Banking is responsible for conducting analytics and reporting across various payment channels such as Mortgage, Check, Debit / Credit Card and Digital. A successful candidate in this role will be a person who has a proven track record as a proactive critical thinker, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, design detailed Risk Analysis and develop executive level reporting. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of the industry leading fraud risk management organization while supporting the delivery and maintenance of Chase’s industry-leading banking products and innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Minimum qualifications are a Master’s Degree or comparable level of work experience in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Risk Management,
Quantitative Analytics, Statistics or Operational Analysis
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven knowledge of SAS and SQL programming language including: Base SAS, SAS Macro language, SQL, etc.
· Experience with Tableau, Cognos or other BI tools preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytical role, Finance, Risk Management or Marketing is preferred
· Knowledge of Risk Reporting control principles preferred
· Knowledge of standard data warehousing structures and retrieval techniques from relational databases including Teradata and Oracle is preferred
Strong problem solving skills and track record for developing creative solutions
· Strong organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to set expectations, manage to timelines and deliver results
