Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. GTI Service Operations (SO) is responsible for service support and delivery for JPMorgan Chase's (JPMC) Global Technology Infrastructure. Through its Global Service Desk and Infrastructure Operations Centres, SO provides global, coordinated diagnostic and support services, while its Production Assurance and Support functions leverage and execute industry leading infrastructure management and support processes that are designed to minimize customer outages and impacts.
The Site Reliability Citrix Xenapp/VMware Engineer is responsible for maintaining and administering highly available Citrix environment including optimization of user profiles and applications. Citrix Xenapp/Server Administration, seeking an Citrix Engineer with in-depth knowledge of predictive dialling systems and total site call recording solutions, software implementation, supporting, documentation, and administration of the Merchant Services Infrastructure Enterprise wide. The Merchant Services servers are designed to support a highly available Infrastructure with zero downtime for each physically segmented leg of our infrastructure. The Citrix Engineer would supports all aspects of the Merchant Services core Infrastructure including support for the front end and backend servers.
· Participate in the support of Citrix Xenapp applications and users.
· Maintain a highly available Citrix environment including optimization of user profiles and applications.
· Manage the security of the Citrix Xenapp systems by following best practices methods for the applications and users.
· Analyze Citrix system performance, root cause problem determinations, capacity planning and preparation of reports as needed.
· Manage/Implement redundant systems and policies for Citrix disaster recovery.
· Work in collaboration with other departments or organizations to develop and analyze applications in support of their projects or mission, then upgrade or enhance service offering to meet these requirements.
