About Global Technology Infrastructure
Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. The objective of GTI is to balance business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services. GTI is designed to address the unique infrastructure needs of specific lines of business and the demand to leverage economies of scale across the firm.
About the Strategy and Transformation function
The Strategy & Transformation team is responsible for driving GTI-wide strategic programs and transformational initiatives. The team partners with all departments across GTI to drive organisational change programs and continuous improvement.
Individual role description
GTI is looking for a Program Office Lead to work with the Core Transformation team enabling the group to scale the GTI Transformation.  The role will include:
  • Put structure around the Transformation team expansion, prioritize roles, manage rec approval process and interviews
  • Manage secondment list and implement process to enable us to second talent from across the organization including nominations and marketing
  • In partnership with Transformation leads put roadmap in place to keep broader team on track
  • Manage Transformation budget
  • Engage with external vendors to explore opportunities to insource talent and outsource pieces of work as appropriate
  • Design and manage merchandise demands for Catalysts globally
  • Be involved in the Communication and Marketing strategy
  • Engage and be a driving force for the Catalyst Network
