Commercial Bank Product Solutions Analyst / Associate – EMEA & LATAM:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Commercial Bank International Client Solutions Manager for both EMEA and the America’s (Brazil, Mexico & Canada) in offering Client Solutions for Prospect & Mandated CB clients (both Middle Market, Corporate Client Banking & Network Segments)
  • Through developing a deep knowledge of the TS International Product suite help to respond to product questions from the International Coverage Executives, Coverage Associates & the International Product Specialists.
  • Working closely with the front office coverage teams gather, prioritise and analyse gaps in the International product offering.  Partner with both CIB Product & the CB Investment team to agree funding for critical items.  Once funding is secured partner closely with Commercial Market Readiness to successfully launch all new products/solutions.
  • Assist with the creation of Pitch Pro presentations for both internal and external use.  Using Excel, Customer Knowledge Center (CKC), CB KYC, SalesHub & business reporting help to quickly produce key client & internal metrics.  
  • Deliver regular updates to the Commercial Banking Group on product enhancements, product strategies & market driven updates.
  • Assist with the Win/Loss Debrief process.                  Hi
  • Assist with reviewing RFP’s and ensuring that all of the Product Content is up to date and accurate.
  • Lead the pricing analysis work ensuring all deals are profitable (Tight deadlines and quick turnaround times are business as usual here) 
  • Manage all exception pricing requests and fee waiver requests.
  • Lead various remediation efforts to help ensure we are increasing potential revenue opportunities whilst driving down costs.
  • Own and support key internal and regulatory initiatives within the business (For example the migration of all SEPA Traffic to a compliant XML 20022 format)
  • Partner closely with our TS Product counterparts and the Commercial Bank Coverage organisation.
