This is a full time Associate level Middle Office Manager role located in Newark, DE, specifically servicing the Alternatives Investment Group of JPMorgan Asset Management.
This individual will be responsible for providing ongoing operational support to the Front Office by performing such tasks as:
• Owning the data gathering and submission activities of numerous Regulatory Reporting requirements
• Monitoring, maintaining and oversight of the client trade order execution of select JPMorgan Funds
• Oversight of both internal and external service providers to the Real Estate Investment group
• Preparing reports and performing investment returns analysis for the Front Office and Operations management
• Participating in frequent Audits and Regulatory Examinations and Reviews of the Operational activities supporting Front Offices
• Partnering with the Front Office, Core Operations, and Technology teams to resolve issues
Additional responsibilities will include supporting various process improvement and technology projects:
• Provide business requirements for system and process enhancements
• Test functionality and validate data environment prior to technology deployments
• Analyze and document current state business processes
• Collect and analyze data, interpret results, and make recommendations
• Define, document, and implement improvements to processes proactively

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (or better) from an accredited institution

• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience

• Ability to manage concurrent assignments effectively and efficiently

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, time management, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills

• Team player and adaptable to a changing environment

• Ability to influence people, leads discussions, and troubleshooting issues

• Proficiency with Microsoft products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio 
• Project Management Experience
• Database and Metrics Reporting skills
• Thorough industry knowledge of Mutual Funds

• Regulatory and Compliance Reporting
