Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) Team         
The Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team resides within Corporate Finance. The group is responsible for the execution and delivery against the Firm’s regulatory reporting requirements to its U.S. regulators.   The team has end-to-end responsibility for US regulatory reporting and capital stress testing, including the design, implementation, and oversight of the execution, analysis, control and governance frameworks.  Its mandate includes determining the appropriate investment in people, processes and technology to improve the accuracy, completeness and consistency of the Firm’s US regulatory reporting and capital stress testing submissions, as well as the implementation of new requirements and guidelines as they are published.
The objectives of the FRRA Team are to provide leadership on all aspects of US regulatory reporting and Firmwide capital stress-testing, including both internal and regulatory requirements.
Position Overview:
This position is within the FRI Operations Team and will be focused on supporting the production processing activities including feeds management, reconciliations and data validations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting business users of the FRI application with User queries, Issue Resolutions
  • Managing client relations, communications and presentations
  • Operating model support, Procedures and System access/security management
  • Process improvements to the existing operating model
  • Interacting with other FIRS and RFT (Risk & Finance Technology) partners
  • Escalating issues as needed to the appropriate team(s) and management
  • Partnering with projects team through the full project life cycle (Requirements, Design, SIT testing, UAT testing, Performance testing, Regression testing and Implementation phases) of projects impacting FRI.
This position requires strong interpersonal and partnership skills. Also, the ability to partner with Risk & Finance Technology, Project Teams and Line of Business Teams in order to execute on established deliverables is key. The candidate will be required to work with a sense of urgency and be able to balance and prioritize numerous activities. Previous experience in reconciliation, research utilizing large data sets and data visualization experience is a plus.
  • Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline 
  • 1 to 3 plus years of financial services experience, preferably with Operations and some project management experience; internal JPMorgan experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and Project Management skills

Technical Skills:
  • Overall strong desktop skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Visio, SQL/ other database, Tableau skills would be an advantage
  • Strong data analysis skills
